Nordland comprehensive range of industrial fixtures is such that it recently supplied the fittings for an entire retrofit of one of the largest and most complex Blue Chip precious metals refineries in South Africa. The supply entailed the provision of bulkhead lighting, low bays fixtures, high bay fixtures, vapour proof fixtures, emergency fittings, explosion proof lighting, flood lighting, security lighting, street lighting, and high mast fixtures. The key objectives on which the project was won were that the industrial luminaires should provide energy efficiency, long term sustainability and high-end lux levels to meet security requirements and Occupational and health concerns.
