This luminaire range has a deep drawn stainless steel body,
single piece pressed frame and stainless steel clips.
The 4mm thick lens is clear armour plate glass.
Control gear is approved for Zone 2 applications.
Bulkhead or lowbay applications.
Body: A single piece deep drawn 304 stainless steel body with 20 mm
threaded boss.
Clips: Double acting stainless spring steel clips.
Lens: 4 mm thick clear tempered plate glass, held in a heat resistant
silicone one piece gasket.
Lens Frame: Pressed as a single piece of sheet without joining welds and extra
wide ends for increased rigidity.
Gasket: One piece silicone gasket with extra wide foot print for better sealing
area.
Frame Suspension: The lens frame is suspended from two points on one side of the
body and frame, to allow the frame to swing open during lamp
changing.
Cable Entry: M20x1,5 threaded entry provided as a boss welded into the body for
positive sealing. Supplied with No. O CCG Envirogland for SWA
cable. Single entry. Terminal connection 4mm².
Fixing: M8 nut welded into the rear mounting brackets, allows for either
bracket or pole clamps.
Stainless Steel: Grade 304
Control Gear: Mounted on a gear tray, comprising the 150W HPS choke, Power
Factor correction capacitor and ignitor with cutout device which
protects the choke, and prevents the possibility of sparking during
lamp change. Metal halide choke can also be supplied.
Lamp Holder: E40 designed to prevent sparking on the high voltage contact and
with antivibration spring.
Reflector: Hammered polished aluminium, designed for maximum efficiency.
