Control Gear box: DMC glass fibre reinforced polyester, compression moulded in two sections.

Gasket: Silicone gasket for long life.

Control Gear tray: A galvanised control gear tray, mounted onto the top of the control gear box carries the weight of the control gear.

Control Gear: Options are 400 Watt high pressure sodium, 400 Watt Mercury, 250 Watt High pressure sodium and 250 Watt Mercury vapour alternatively metal halide.

Construction: The die cast aluminium lampholder casting is mounted on the lower section of the control gear box which hinges to allow access to the 4 mm² rated terminal block.
The choke is not encapsulated into the housing and is replaceable.

Reflector: 4 mm thick armour plate glass is spun into the bright anodised aluminium reflector. Gasketing ensures the IP 65 rating.

Lamps: The reflector is designed for eliptical lamps of E40 base.

Mounting: Blind M6 inserts are recessed into the top section of the control gear box to take the hooks supplied for quick and easy installation.

Alternately a flat bracket could be used for ceiling mounting.
