Control Gear box: DMC glass fibre reinforced polyester, compression moulded in two Sections. The lid has two inserts threaded M6 to aid suspension. The lower section carries the lampholder canopy and lampholder. The contol gear box is supplied with a compression gland.

Gasket: Silicone gasket for long life, and resistance to elevated temperatures.

Control Gear tray: A galvanised control gear tray, is mounted into the lid of the control box and is secured to the suspension inserts, this supports the weight of the assembly. The control gear tray assembly comprises the Choke, Power factor correction capacitor, Timed Ignitor if required and the Terminal Block rated for 2.5mm ² wire.

Control Gear: Options are 400 or 250w Metal Halide,High Pressure Sodium and also Mercury

Lampholder Canopy: IP65: a die cast aluminium lampholder canopy with seals is attached to the bottom half of the control gear housing and the reflector assembly is screw tightly against the seals.
IP54: a spun aluminium lampholder canopy with slots allows the reflector assembly to be easily fitted or released.

Reflector: A polycarbonate dome is spun into the highly polished reflector to prevent any glass shards falling into product in the process of manufacture.

Lamps: The Reflector assembly is designed to be used with Eliptical lamps

Mountings: M6 inserts in the lid allow for suspension by means of hooks for chains, or brackets.
