Body:
High Pressure Die Cast thin wall LM 6 Aluminium

Lens:
Injection Moulded Clear polycarbonate lens. Smooth exterior with interior prisms. Prisms are designed for wide beam distribution. The rounded oval nature of the lens prevents dust build up which is easily removed by spraying, in exceedingly dirty atmospheres. Four captive aluminium screws exterior to the gasket, ensure the IP65 rating is maintained.

Gasket:
Round silicone sponge gasket retained within a recess in the cast aluminium base to ensure total sealing.

Reflector:
The Geartray is white powder coated to which specifically designed reflectors are attached, which enhance beam distribution.

Control gear options:
Fluorescent -   Compact Fluorescent lamps from 18, 24 watts with either electronic or
                          electromagnetic control gear

HID -                70 watt to 150 watt High Pressure Sodium
                          70 watt to 150 watt Metal Halide
                          80 watt to 125 watt Mercury Vapour

Emergency:
Certain of the fluorescent luminaires can be fitted with inverter charger and battery back up, to operate in the maintained mode. Alternatively as a non maintained unit.

Cold Rooms:
Electronic fluorescent control gear operates to -20°C.
HID chokes for high pressure sodium with external ignitor fitted operate to -40°C.

Mounting:
Four 8mm blind threaded holes on the rear of the base allow many choices of alignment.
Options include Wall Ceiling Brackets. Angled wall brackets. Antivibration mountings, pole mounting brackets and an angled post-top bracket.

Entries:
Provision is made for four entry position as well as a rear entry rose.

Tamper Proof Screws:
The bulkhead can be supplied with Tamper proof screws requiring a special tool.
